Holly at the bar was so wonderful, she helped with dairy and gluten-free options. Her responsiveness touched my heart. the pool and jacuzzi allowed us to relax. the location near the river offered beautiful walks with our little dog.
on arrival, the reception directed us to a room without a walk-in shower, despite our confirmation, requiring a change. the shower was too high, and the mechanism was broken. it was an accessibility issue, disappointing compared to other chains.

the breakfast had a good choice. i also found the gym and pool facilities beneficial (i used the sauna).
